01Using JustSell
These terms apply to JustSell’s website, business management platform, mobile applications and JustSell integrations, including the MCP connection for Codex and compatible AI clients. By creating an account or using these services, you agree to these terms.
JustSell provides tools for managing stores, products, sales pages, orders, shipping settings, teams and connected services. Available features depend on your store’s plan, your permissions and the integrations you enable.
02Accounts and Security
Provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date. Protect your password, verification codes, recovery methods and connected-service credentials. Use your own account rather than sharing sign-in credentials with team members.
Only sign in or authorise a connection for an account you are entitled to use. Contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not include passwords, verification codes or sign-in tokens in your message.
03Store Ownership and Team Permissions
Use JustSell only for stores you own or are authorised to manage. If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to perform the actions you request.
Store owners manage their team’s access through the available roles and permissions. Grant only the access a person needs and review it when their responsibilities change. A team member’s access remains limited to their current store membership and permissions.
04Your Store and Customers
You are responsible for the products, prices, descriptions, claims, media, shipping settings and other content you enter or publish through your store. Check that this information is accurate and that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it.
You remain responsible for your sales, customer communications, fulfilment, returns and applicable business obligations. Use customer information only for purposes you are entitled to carry out, and provide your customers with the notices and information required for your business.
05AI Features and Generated Content
AI assistants and generation tools can help analyse store information, prepare content and perform requested actions. Their output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your product or business. Review generated text, images, product details and recommendations before relying on or publishing them.
Submit only information and media you are entitled to use. Avoid unnecessary personal information and check generated claims, pricing and product information against your own records. A queued generation request is not a completed result; use the displayed job status to check its progress.
06Codex and Other Authorised AI Connections
When connecting an AI client to JustSell through MCP, sign in to JustSell, choose an accessible store and review the requested permissions. Your authorisation applies to that account, store and connection. Available tools follow the permissions you approve and your current JustSell access.
Within those permissions, a complete authorised request can change store data directly without a separate approval page in JustSell. Review what you ask the assistant to do, including product changes, team invitations, permissions, shipping settings and generation requests.
The JustSell plugin does not provide tools to purchase subscriptions, make payments or top up credits. Features that require a paid plan or generation credits still use the store’s existing entitlements and credit rules.
Information returned by a tool is sent to the AI client you connected. That client’s own terms and privacy practices apply to its handling of your conversation and returned information. Do not authorise a client you do not trust to receive the requested store data.
07Plans, Credits and Billing
Subscription and credit purchases are managed through JustSell’s billing interfaces and the configured payment providers. Review the selected offer, price, billing period and any renewal information shown before paying. Keep the transaction references for your purchases.
Some features require an active paid plan or sufficient credits. Authorised AI generation requests use the same credit checks and charging rules as the corresponding JustSell tools. A generation request can consume credits and queue work; review the requested action and check the returned job status.
Subscription refunds apply only to future subscription months that have not started. The current active month is not refundable. A one-month subscription has no future month to refund. For a two-month purchase, only the second month is eligible while it is still in the future. Contact support to request a refund for eligible future subscription months.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
08Acceptable Use
Use JustSell lawfully and respect the rights of customers, other users and third parties. Do not use it for fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access, malicious content or unlawful products or activity.
Do not attempt to obtain another store’s data, bypass permissions or usage limits, steal credentials, interfere with the service or instruct a connected assistant to evade these controls. Use the provided retry and recovery options for failed operations rather than submitting duplicate changes.
09Connected Services and Availability
JustSell connects to services such as payment providers, shipping services, Google Sheets, domain services and AI providers. You are responsible for having the accounts and permissions needed for the integrations you choose. Those services may apply their own terms, limits and charges.
Availability and results can depend on the connected provider and the information you supply. Check operation or job status when a request is interrupted, and verify the outcome before retrying an action that could create another change or charge.
10Disconnecting an AI Client and Deleting an Account
You can review and disconnect your authorised AI connections from Connected AI Apps after signing in to JustSell. Disconnecting stops further requests through that connection. It does not undo completed actions or delete existing store records and information already returned to the external client.
Account deletion is a separate process. Read Delete Your Account for the scope, waiting period, billing effects and information that may be retained. Signing out, uninstalling a plugin or disconnecting an AI client does not request account deletion.
11Privacy and Personal Information
The JustSell Privacy Policy explains the information processed by the platform, its integrations and authorised AI connections, including retention and account-deletion requests.
Only provide personal information you are entitled to use, and consider whether it is needed for the action you request. Use the secure JustSell pages provided for private credentials and media rather than putting credentials in an assistant conversation.

Updates to these terms are published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Review the current terms when you have a question about using the service.
